The site is operated by Ronak Prajapati (trading as Ronak Dev), based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using this site
This site is provided for general information about my work, services, and how to get in touch. You may browse it and use the contact form for genuine enquiries. You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or disrupt it,
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or its database,
- copy, scrape, or reproduce the site’s content or code for your own commercial use without permission,
- submit false information or spam through the contact form.
I may restrict or remove access if these Terms are misused.
Enquiries are not a contract
The contact form and any “Book Now” or similar options let you start a conversation about working together. Submitting an enquiry, or my reply to it, does not by itself create a binding agreement or commit either of us to a project.
Any actual work is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, quote, statement of work, or contract) that we both agree to before work begins. That separate agreement covers scope, pricing, timelines, revisions, ownership of deliverables, and payment terms. Nothing on this website overrides or replaces the terms of that agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site, including text, design, layout, graphics, and code, is my property or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or reuse it commercially without my written consent.
Portfolio and client work
The projects shown on this site are examples of work I’ve produced, displayed to illustrate my capabilities. Trademarks, logos, and brand names belonging to clients or third parties remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply endorsement. If you’re a client and would prefer your project not be shown, contact me and I’ll remove it.
Third-party links and services
This site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (for example, analytics or social platforms). I don’t control those sites and services and am not responsible for their content, availability, or their own terms and privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
No warranties
